Wednesday 08 July 2020, 06:30pm - 08:00pm

This 90 minute interactive Zoom event is an introduction to the power of Deep Listening with Rosamund Oliver who teaches Deep Listening Training in Ireland, Germany, Holland, UK and Spain, including at Universities.  With Deep Listening we can hear both spoken and unspoken communication.  The Deep Listener rests in their natural awareness as they follow the Speaker on a journey of communication. This non directive, non judgemental listening opens up opportunities for resolution, transformation and breakthrough.  It generally makes listening easier and less exhausting and increases its effectiveness.

Deep Listening, which works with potential, is very appropriate for times of change and its accompanying uncertainty, when the old ways are dying and new ways are coming forward both on a personal or communal level.

As well as presenting the above, this event with Rosamund will include these experiential elements:

  • A guided meditation to bring us to our natural awareness so that we can listen with embodiment and presence.
  • A short time in pairs in break out rooms for people to try out this method.
  • Time for feedback, questions and answers.

Our aim is you will get a taster of how this method works and find something from the event to take away to enhance your own listening.
